Farjana is currently coordinating the administrative and financial documentation processes for different projects of SWH team.

She has obtained her master’s degree in Agriculture & Environmental Economics & Management from Swedish University of Agricultural Science, and bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance & economics from Bangladesh.

In Bangladesh, she worked as a business consultant in textiles manufacturing industries for five years. She has developed vast interest in sustainable environment and water issues during her master’s studies. Hence, lately, she has worked as sustainability research assistant at Stockholm Environment Institute and as a project-coordinator in a Swedish water infrastructure startup. She also attended many SDG issue-related conferences and workshops as a volunteer.

Farjana speaks Bengali, English, Swedish, Hindi & Urdu.
